Опис вакансії

Nick’s Window Cleaning is a reputable cleaning company known for our exceptional services and commitment to customer satisfaction. Since our establishment over a decade ago, we became a leader in the Canadian market and gained over 14K happy customers.

For now, we are looking for a SALES MANAGER who will join our team.

We will offer:

  1. Salary: 750$ + bonus. It will depend on your experience;
  2. After several months of work, your salary will be from 2 500$;
  3. Schedule:5 days a week, from 4pm to 1 am Kyiv time;
  4. Remote work format;
  5. We work with the incoming flow or warm leads. Sales are made by people via calls, chats, emails, etc;
  6. We have loyal leadership and a team of professionals with whom you will definitely be comfortable working with;
  7. Career growth is possible. One of the employees became the head of the sales department
  8. Management support through onboarding process and afterwards — we want you to close more deals and are always here to help you improve;
  9. Learning opportunities — we will invest in your education and development.

In your turn, you should be open-minded and goal-oriented. Also, we have a list of requirements for this position:

  • Proven sales experience on a similar position at least 1 year;
  • Conversational and written English: Upper Intermediate / Advanced;
  • Previous experience with Canadian or US market .

Your main responsibilities:

  1. Call and email outreach: contact warm leads and existing customers and nurture conversations to the point of making the sale;
  2. Build Relationships: establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions;
  3. Respond to incoming inquiries (phone, email and chats), consult about company services;
  4. Skillfully negotiate pricing and timelines to close deals, ensuring that client expectations are met and KPI targets are achieved;
  5. Conduct appropriate follow-up actions such as sending emails, additional information, or setting up future appointments;
  6. Enter and keep information in CRM up-to-date, generate sales reports.
