An American logistics company operating in the U.S. transportation market is announcing a vacancy for an HR recruiter with proficiency in English to work remotely.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in English B2 level.
- Proficiency in the Spanish language is welcome. (optional)
- Experience in personnel recruitment and conflict resolution.
- Resilience and the ability to work with a large volume of information
- Effective time management skills to handle a volume of information and tasks, meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring drivers based on the company’s specifications.
- Collection of documents, signing employment contracts, CRM management.
- Communication and onboarding of employees via incoming calls, text messages, emails;.
- Supporting drivers in resolving delivery-related issues.
- Providing timely and quality feedback to drivers.

- Salary starting from $800 — 1000 USD and more with the possibility of bonuses.
- Schedule: 15:00 — 00:00 UA time. Sat and Sun are days off.
