FAVBET supports professional athletes and amateurs, sponsors teams in the Premier Leagues and regional championships. We are involved in developing betting and gaming culture. We also invest in the fight against gambling addiction, help players cope with crisis situations, and monitor age restrictions for players.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Ukrainian or Russian and Upper-Intermediate or Advanced Hindi.
  • You are positive, attentive and easy-going.
  • Disciplined, punctual, diligent and responsible mindset.
  • You are a fast learner and can multitask.
  • No matter what experience you have — we will teach you everything. The key here is your readiness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving incoming chats/calls from customers and advising on the site and our products (we will teach you all the details in 2 weeks);
  • Creating a friendly environment when dealing with clients;
  • Communicating with clients following a customer-oriented approach in resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction;
  • Internal documents translation.
