Основна робота полягає у моніторингу відеокамер безпеки в реальному часі з метою виявлення підозрілої діяльності, на кшталт крадіжки у магазинах, несанкціоноване пребування людей у житлових та комерційних будівлях, крадіжки посилок з поштових кімнат, куріння у недозволених місцях і т.д.

У нас плаваючий, зручний графік:

• Денна зміна з 07:00 до 15:00, 2 дня на тиждень.
• Вечірня зміна з 15:00 до 23:00, 2 дня на тиждень.
• Нічна зміна з 23:00 до 07:00, 2 дня на тиждень.

Два вихідних.

Зміни ідуть по черзі, є можливість заміняти дні та вибудовувати свій графік (при потребі)

Ця посада передбачає можливість працювати у суботу, неділю та святкові дні, але години/графік роботи можуть бути гнучкими в залежності від можливостей та потреб бізнесу.

Обов’язкові навички:

• Рівень англійської мови не нижче рівня В1

• Уважність до деталей

• Здатність дотримуватися усних та письмових інструкцій та правил

• Здатність чітко комунікувати

• Впевнений користувач ПК (Windows)

• Попередній досвід роботи у сфері обслуговування, колл-центрах, систем моніторингу та відеоспостереження, охорони або суміжній галузі правоохоронної діяльності є великим плюсом

the general description of the job is to monitor security cameras in real-time looking for suspicious activity such as shoplifting, people loitering in residential and commercial buildings, thieves stealing packages from package rooms, people smoking in non-smoking areas, and other suspicious activity.

We currently have flexible work schedule:

1. Day Shift from 07:00 till Till 15:00, 2 days per week.
2. Evening Shift from 15:00 Till 23:00, 2 days per week.
3. Night Shift from 23:00 till 07:00, 2 days per week.
4. Two days off.

The days are going in a row, that make our work more flexible

All positions require the ability to work Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday, but actual hours/schedules are flexible depending on availability and business needs.

Required skills:

• B1 or higher English is required
• Pay attention to detail
• Ability to follow oral and written procedures and instructions
• Ability to clearly communicate
• Experience using a Windows PC
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, CCTV monitoring, security, loss prevention, or related law enforcement field is highly desired

These positions will require you to be able to sit for up to 7 to 9 hours (with breaks) and being highly alert and focused while you watch multiple camera screens looking for suspicious activity that we may need to take action on.
