Опис вакансії
We are looking for highly motivated people who would like to work and earn money. Honesty, responsibility and desire to work is a MUST. Good communication and writing skills. Most of the time (90% of your working time) you will be chating with brokers and drivers. There are NO 500 calls a day.
We are doing Expedite delivery service and working with cargo and sprinter vans using a Sylectus tracking app.
Your task is to find a proper load on a load board, book it using an email and dispatch it using application and send all info to the driver.
You don’t need any experience — we will teach you ALL.
Responsibilities*
- Booking Freight and developing relationships with brokers and drivers
- Pre-planning trips for your assigned drivers
- Checking broker credit worthiness to ensure a prompt payment history
- Completing new customer contracts
- Providing driver updates to the customers
Skills
- Languages: English (Advanced level is a MUST)
- Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
- Ability to work in high pressure situations
- Strong negotiating skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 2 pm — 01 am
- Being on time, prompt, and prepared on a daily basis
