Architect-technician (Revit or Archicad)

PICHE is Latvia’s largest business park development company, which has been engaged in the DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, DEVELOPMENT and OWNERSHIP of industrial buildings and apartment buildings for 18 years.

We continue to grow, so we invite an architect-technician to work.

We expect from you:

• Education and experience in the field of architecture is desirable;
• To be experienced in tender and construction drawings, detailing knowledge;
• Excellent technical capabilities, strong knowledge and understanding of the role of technical packages;
• Good problem-solver;
• Innovative thinking, desire to work with new technologies and solutions;
• Project deadline fulfillment, quality;
• Model in 3D environment (Revit or Archicad)
• Fluent English;
• Accuracy, sense of responsibility and honesty.
