Опис вакансії
Company Techno Trade KS, importer and exclusive representative of TM «KONNER & SOHNEN» (Germany) — generators, garden and power equipment, and TM «Auto Welle» (Germany) — car accessories.
Our company is constantly growing and developing, therefore, due to expansion, we invite a FEA Manager
Candidate requirements:
- mandatory experience with China as a supplier;
- experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
- high level of knowledge of customs legislation and FEA procedures;
- knowledge of the mechanism of procurement/supply of goods;
- knowledge of the principles of inventory accounting;
- knowledge of the system of permits for import;
- knowledge of English is mandatory.
Main functions:
- procurement of goods (preparation and placement of orders, control of readiness deadlines, tracking of production stages);
- organization of deliveries (calculation of import costs, choice of delivery channel, control of goods movement);
- control and preparation of accompanying documents (export documents, certificates, processing of supplier invoices);
- negotiation/business correspondence with suppliers;
- organization of the supply chain for new suppliers/directions;
- market price analysis for carriers, company cost optimization;
- preparation and coordination of FEA contracts and documents;
- coordination and interaction on import/export planning and implementation issues.
