Academy SMART invites Business Development Manager to join our team.

Who we are:

Academy Smart is a Ukrainian outsourcing and outstaffing company established in 2009. We provides high technology applications and complex systems development services. Academy Smart works with FinTech apps, ERP systems, eLearning, Data Processing, Booking systems, Management systems, Cloud services, and analytical platforms.

The company’s services are constantly expanding and we keep looking for new team members. Let’s develop smart IT solutions together!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage business conversations with potential customers, negotiation and closing the deals;
  • CRM administration;
  • Sales funnel management;
  • Tight cooperation with the sales, marketing and delivery teams;
  • Following the given KPIs;
  • Advising on new approaches and strategies in the sales process.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in IT sales / business development position;
  • Fluent English (Written / Spoken);
  • Knowledge of IT industry;
  • CRM usage experience;
  • Sales cycle and software development cycle understanding;
  • Proven track record on European and US markets;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Ability to come up with new ideas and approaches in the sales process.

Good to have:

  • Past lead generation experience;
  • Additional languages;
  • Cold calling experience.
*The important requirement is the ability to travel abroad on business trips.
