Опис вакансії

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for the logistics company (US market). This job is performed in an office environment and cannot be performed remotely.

Key responsibilities:

Provides quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail
Coordinating logistics process
Proactively monitoring the movement of freight
Communication with drivers
Provide phone support during the delivery process

Requirements:

Knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level
Good verbal communication, decision-making and negotiation skills

Working hours:

from 14:00 till 22:30/23:00 (Monday — Friday)
