Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining customer accounts and working with customer billing systems
• Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Handling customer inquiries regarding billing issues
• Tracking overdue invoices and following up on them
• Assisting with month-end closing

Requirements

• Minimum of 1−2 years of experience in accounting
• Based in Lviv or Kharkiv
• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Ability to be flexible and assist with other projects when needed
• Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work well in both a team setting and independently

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate+ English level
• Strong MicrosoftExcel knowledge
• Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team to improve the process

Work Schedule · 10 am — 7 pm

• Flexibility in working hours for meetings scheduled with headquarters at later UA business hours
