Executive Housekeeper, керуючий будинком

Запрошуємо на посаду Executive Housekeeper/Керуючого (-а) будинком у великий приватний будинок у місті Київ (поблизу Либідської), де проживає чоловік скандинавської національності.

Обов’язки: підтримувати будинок у належному вигляді, здійснювати покупки та приготування їжі, приймати гостей, обслуговувати, доглядати за гардеробом, допомагати з покращенням домашнього побуту. Координація роботи з водієм та прибиральницею.

Вимоги: один рік релевантного досвіду, надання рекомендацій за потреби, базові навички англійської мови та роботи з ПК.

Зарплата обговорюється.

Оскільки іноді є завдання як уранці, так і ввечері, вакансія передбачає проживання в будинку в окремій кімнаті з харчуванням.

Середня кількість робочих годин на тиждень — 40, гнучкий робочий графік з можливістю працювати у вихідні та поза робочий час.

Seeking Executive Housekeeper, for large private house (near Lybidska), with male Scandinavian executive living long-term in Kyiv: manage residence, shopping, hosting, serving, cooking, wardrobe, economy and upgrade of household. Parttime driver and cleaner is also assisting. Applicant need one-year of relevant experience, good references, good English and PC skills. Salary to be negotiated. As there is sometime morning and evening tasks, the vacancy is for a live-in with board and lodging in separate room and bath/toilet. Forty hours average per week with significant flexibility on days/hours — also sometimes evenings and weekends.

Duties:

1. Housekeeping: keeping residence well-supplied, clean, and orderly, with support from a part-time house cleaner
2. Male wardrobe and shoe management/maintenance
3. Arrange for meal services, catering, serving, and possibly some light cooking
4. Organize and oversee private and work-related events at the residence
5. Organize all shopping from shops/town and research/purchases online
6. Management of residence economy, for example, making sure that expenses are paid on time
7. Help organize the disposal, packing, and shipping of previous family household items from the residence. This is a major long-term project of the house
8. Occasionally help out friends and family when requested by the principal; tasks around town, hosting at other venues, looking after children, etc.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum one year of experience in duties similar to above
2. Ability to work longer weeks during peak periods for the employer, including sometimes weekends and evenings
3. Basic computer skills for research, shopping, etc
4. Good English spoken language and ability basic reading and writing
5. Driving license and experience an advantage; car might be available
6. Excellent interpersonal skills; a positive and energetic personality
7. Well-presented and tidy nature
8. Good references and willingness to submit to extensive background check
9. Strong ability and willingness to maintain absolute confidentiality

Conditions:

1. Salary to be negotiated based on experience and salary history
2. Live-in the house with room and separate toilet/shower available
3. An average of 40 hours per week. Requires significant flexibility on when these hours are performed. Evening and weekend hours will sometimes be required — with room for ongoing negotiation and agreement on when
4. The principal travels outside Ukraine one-third of the time and works long hours, which allows for many hours, weekdays and periods off.
