As our PR Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the narrative of our brand, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive awareness in the ever-evolving landscape of online gaming. Requirements

• Experience in the Affiliate sphere from 1 year;
• Experience of working as a TV presenter, and presenter of online programs/shows from 1 year;
• Availability of a good base of contacts in the affiliate sphere (media/partners/companies);
• Media presence in UA affiliate market, number of subscribers on Instagram from 1000.

• Well-developed soft skills;
• Ability to resolve conflicts/ misunderstandings;
• Work through negativity online/offline;
• Set a positive attitude to work (e.g. to the crew on set).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of the UA brand communication strategy as a PR expert;
• Ensure active presence of the company in the information field, build employer brand awareness and create a positive image of the employer;
• Interact with industry media and influencers, think through opportunities for partnership integrations, cross-promos and other PR-events;
• Maintain a calendar of industry conferences and ratings. Plan and support the company’s participation in them;
• Forecast and analyse the effectiveness of PR events;
• Participate in the development and implementation of content (social networks, streams, videos, articles, etc.);
• Manage employer brand reputation based on feedback (SERM mechanics);
• Monitor competitors' media activity on a regular basis;
• Generate project promotions and effectively launch new products, including training, create a marketing activity plan together with the PR director;
• Participation in trade fairs, search for strategic partners;
• Camera work, filming for the brand’s YouTube channel;
• Good speech skills, fluent Ukrainian (oral and written).
