Truck Dispatcher for US Market

We are looking for a reliable Dispatcher to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch & support drivers.
• Review drivers' daily inspection reports.
• Receive load requests via email and/or phone
• Quote routes and schedule drivers for local and national routes
• Dispatch drivers with accurate orders for pick-up and delivery
• Be current in finding and negotiating the best loads and updating dispatch boards
• Maintain quality relationships with brokers, customers, and drivers
• Develop new customer and broker relationships
• Lead drivers and monitor the route, updating status as needed

Requirements:

• 1+ years dispatch experience on US Market
• Fluent in (both) written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills
• Some flatbed dispatch experience is required with regular truck dispatching
