Requirements

  • Experience as a Production Manager, Project Manager for 3 years or more;
  • Experienced PC user, basics of Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, texts, presentations) mandatory;
  • Good project management and communication skills;
  • Experience in production of goods, decorations, stands in different geographical areas and in short timeframes;
  • Excellent knowledge of materials, application methods, technical requirements;
  • Experience in maintaining online catalogs, online shops;
  • Knowledge of new products and market trends;
  • Experience of working in a team, understanding of teamwork principles;
  • Interaction with contractors, providing feedback;
  • Experience of despatching merchandise and decorations worldwide;
  • Strong communication skills (to liaise with partners).

Will be plus

  • Knowledge of Graphic Programs will be an advantage;
  • Experience in Affiliate Marketing will be an advantage;
  • Availability of a base of contractors all over the world.

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle of preparation of merchandise for events, gifts, souvenir products;
  • Creation and planning of products in accordance with the requirements and tasks (distribution of gifts to partners);
  • Planning of merchandise «by idea» (proposals on concepts, creation of catalogs);
  • Maintaining contractor base, drafting briefs, agreeing terms of interaction with contractors;
  • Maintaining the online catalogue of gifts, updating the database, liaising with the technical department to set tasks for updating;
  • Controlling the availability of finished products, shipment and dispatch to events;
  • Preparation of budgets and estimates, control of execution;
  • Monitoring and analysing the market, novelties, trends in the sphere, proposing new concepts based on them;
  • Collection and processing of artifacts on project results («work on mistakes»);
  • Merch-logistics.
