Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in tracking technology and system management.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing and online tracking methodologies.
- Proficiency with analytical and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Managers, and CRM systems.
- Strong technical skills in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

Role Overview:
As a Tracking Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of tracking systems across various digital platforms. Working directly with clients and under the guidance of key team members, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our tech systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain tracking systems including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Conversion Tracking, Server Side Tracking, Hyros, Redtrack, and other RGM-specific solutions.
- Facilitate and monitor detailed reporting and perform data analysis to derive actionable insights.
- Support marketing automation tasks such as setting up CRMs, managing offline conversions, and overseeing customer data management.
- Provide robust technical support for clients, ensuring accurate implementation of platforms like Hyros.
- Utilize knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to enhance system functionalities.
- Automate campaign performance reporting to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Support team members in developing and refining processes and automations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and present technical solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and strategy calls as required.
- Maintain availability during work hours via Zoom and Slack, ensuring high-speed internet connectivity for seamless communication.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
