Опис вакансії
We are a global company specialising in providing services within the international financial industry. We are an enterprise led by ambition and therefore we are looking for people with the same motivation to join our team. Requirements:
- English — Intermediate and higher!
- High attention to details;
- Great communication skills;
- Self-motivation, pragmatic and friendly approach;
- Well-developed customer orientation skills;
- Willingness to learn and develop;
- Experience as CRM or Support agent will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Verification of confidential client’s data and documents;
- Approval or decline acceptance of documents, based on company rules;
- Work with our CRM system;
- Responsible for confidential processing of customers and company information.
- Communication with clients via emails;
- Providing payment solutions to clients;
- Making daily and monthly reports in Excel sheet.
From us:
- Base salary from 700−1000$ + bonuses (depends on your experience)
- Convenient office near Lukianivska metro station;
- Monday -Friday schedule;
