Are you a motivated and competitive individual with a passion for driving business growth? Incora is seeking a dynamic Middle Lead Generation Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new prospects, refining business strategies, and maximizing conversion rates. This is a full-time position in Lviv.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation showcasing successful strategies and results
  • Thorough understanding of the IT sales cycle
  • Familiarity with various outreach software services
  • Experience in managing CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize lead generation efforts
  • Have experience of using contact search tools
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level is a must (essential for communication with potential clients)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability and readiness to travel for business needs

Responsibilities:

  • Provide contact data of companies based on the ideal customer profile
  • Implement effective lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel
  • Collect and validate contact data of potential leads based on specific Buyer Personas
  • Conduct email validation
  • Facilitate communication and negotiations for calls and meetings with clients
  • Manage contact databases
  • Explore and assess new channels for lead generation
  • Oversee client relationship management through direct contact and other channels as needed
  • Work closely with sales managers and Salesforce representatives to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels.
