For our Partner, we are seeking an Analyst to strengthen its team.

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess new investment opportunities, including:

Support M&A transactions, from origination through closing and post-deal integration;

Advise portfolio companies on:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

2−3 years of work experience with Big4 companies (business consulting, research in specific industries) IB/;
Financial modeling and valuation skills;
Understanding the interaction of all forms of financial statements;
Strong analytical skills;
Reporting skills (ability to present information clearly and concisely, both in oral and written communication);
Project management skills are a plus;
The required level of English is Intermediate.
