Role description
Our niche is working with non-technical founders. Your main task will be to become a development partner for a dedicated client. Our approach is to solve the client’s problems, not just blindly follow the technical requirements. As a project manager, you need to know what the client’s business is about, understand what the market wants, and stay focused on business goals, even for simple client tasks.
Responsibilities
- Your job is to learn the project, understand the client’s goals and build a relationship with the team.
- Lead regular meetings with the client.
- Translate the client’s business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
- Document processes, track team time for the client.
- Conduct research and analyze third party integrations. Determine when to develop in-house solutions and when to integrate existing solutions.
- Identify potential risks. Develop plans to mitigate or legalize them with the client.
Requirements
- English level C1 is a must!
- Have basic knowledge of web product development.
- Ability to manage client expectations. Has at least 1 year of experience in customer-focused communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle unforeseen issues and obstacles during the project lifecycle.
