Soflex is an outsourced web development and support company with customers worldwide, with a core market in the US.We solve problems for marketing and product companies, accelerate development processes and do our product development.

Right now, we are looking for an exceptional SEO manager, who will help us to manage and deliver our SEO services. Our office is located in Moldova, and we offer you a fully remote job.

What we expect you to do:

As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks aimed at enhancing our digital presence and search engine performance. Your duties will include:

Technical SEO Audits: Conducting comprehensive technical reviews of our internal and client websites to identify areas for improvement.
Content Audits and Strategy Development: Evaluating existing content and devising strategies to enhance engagement and rankings.
Competitive Analysis: Analyzing market trends and competitors to refine our SEO strategies.
EEAT Audits: Ensuring our content meets expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness standards.
Outreach Strategy: Developing and managing link-building campaigns.
Link Audits: Reviewing and optimizing our backlink profile.
Analytics: Setting up and managing GA4, overseeing data analytics to drive SEO decisions.
Project Management: Overseeing SEO aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, including managing outreach and content teams, and liaising with development teams for technical implementations.

Who is the perfect candidate?

The ideal candidate for the SEO Manager position will have:

Experience: At least 2 years of SEO experience with a focus on US/EU markets. Prior experience in e-commerce projects is preferred.
Language Skills: High proficiency in written English is mandatory, and conversational English and Russian are desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
- Experienced in using analytics tools like GA4 and GSC
- Understanding of DataLayer, devtools, Page Speed Insights, CWV
- Knowledge of HTML fundamentals, responsive and semantic HTML
- Knowledge of what SPA is, and how this influences SEO approach
Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
