We are a rapidly growing company specializing in sales through the Amazon platform. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a proactive and creative Internet Marketing Specialist & Product Development Manager who will help accelerate our project’s growth. We are looking to welcome a young professional with a mandatory minimum of 2 years of experience on the Amazon platform to grow together on the world’s largest market, develop, and implement grand ideas — on Amazon and Walmart platforms!
What You Will Be Doing:
- Creating promotion strategies and working with existing product strategies on the Amazon platform. This involves market analysis, competitor research, audience targeting, and developing corresponding action plans.
- Managing the product lifecycle: From conceptualization and development of new products to their market launch and ongoing support. This includes planning, coordination, and control of all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Monitoring competitors: Analyzing competitors' actions on the platform and adapting product management strategies in line with market trends and consumer requirements.
- Launching new products that will be put into operation.
- Collecting semantic core data by analyzing competitors' listings.
- Creating and optimizing listings, including keywords, product descriptions, images, and pricing to improve their visibility and conversion.
- Assigning tasks to in-house designers for creating images, A+ content, banners, video content.
- Creating and optimizing Amazon Advertising campaigns for all types of advertising campaigns.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing results, and preparing reports for management. Based on this data, adjusting marketing strategies and tactics.
- Monitoring customer reviews, responding to negative feedback, and encouraging positive feedback.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience on the Amazon platform. Deep understanding of Amazon’s features and capabilities, including search algorithms, advertising tools, and platform rules.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics such as conversion, ACOS, TACOS, ROI, CTR, and others to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Listing optimization skills: Knowledge of methods for optimizing product listings on Amazon, including keywords, images, descriptions, and prices.
- Knowledge and ability to work with specialized services for Amazon product and keyword analysis.
- Creativity and initiative.
- Upper Intermediate level of English language proficiency.
- Constant desire to improve skills and grow expertise.
