Overview of Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager with strong business development skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Russian and English at a high level, with a proven track record of implementing operational strategies and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity across the organization.
- Formulate and execute business development plans to expand the company’s market presence and revenue streams.
- Oversee day-to-day operations. Monitor departmental performance against goals to ensure that progress is being made and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance customer service quality and overall operational effectiveness.
- Organise & direct quality work efforts through the use of effective planning, goal setting, KPI and Performance development, monitoring, and performance reporting.
- Enhance and develop policies, procedures, and service systems to meet the goals of Planning and organization skills.
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Person Specification:
Essential
- Proven operational management experience, focusing on business development and strategic planning.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of building client relationships.
- Fluent in both Russian and English at a high level, with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and direct teams.
- Commercial awareness.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and other relevant programs.
- P&L accountability for contracts.
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
Requirements:
- Four or more years of previous management experience with proven leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated success in implementing business management principles and operational procedures.
- Project Management or Facility Management certification would be an asset.
- Ability to creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges.
- Solid understanding of personnel policies and operational issues.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
