WEB3 Recruiter/Headhunter
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team with a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and expertise in IT, with a preference for experience in the crypto/blockchain industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit only C-level top talents within the blockchain space, including CEO, CMO, CTO, CBDO, etc.
2. Connection Building: Develop connections with candidates, industry professionals, and external partners to build a strong network.
3. Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for our organization.
4. Onboarding Management: ensuring a smooth and timely hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
5. Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
6. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance our company’s reputation as an employer of choice within the blockchain industry.
Must Experience: IT recruitment, hiring within the blockchain and cryptocurrency sector
Essential Requirements:
- Familiarity with online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- English proficiency at C1 level or above is required.
- Full-time position with remote work flexibility, time zone close to CET.
