Опис вакансії
Homeland Transport is a logistics company working since 2012. There is all about moving the loads all over USA and Canada. Our mission? Giving top service to our clients.
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Dispatch Assistant to join our team. If you thrive on engaging with individuals over the phone and possess a relentless drive for success, then this role could be your gateway to new opportunities. What you will do:
- Checking the closest trucks for the loads;
- Negotiating with the drivers;
- Mapping out the most efficient routes;
- Estimating arrival times;
- Data input and maintenance in TMS software.
- Searching for the specific locations and services (e.g. truckstops, repair shops, road service etc
- Providing load information and instructions to the drivers
- Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math (add / subtract / multiply) and write legibly
What is obligate:
- English level must be at least Intermadiate;
- Quickness and stress-ressistance;
- Great communication skills;
- Atention to the details.
