Assistant for supervisor

We at KCI provide technical staffing service to large communications, internet & media companies like Comcast, Spectrum, ITG, & others. Working with industry leaders requires us to maintain standards of excellence in everything we do. We also have an international back office team (30 people) that makes a significant contribution to the company, working remotely but with great commitment. At the moment, our company is looking for an assistant for our project.

Responsibilities:

• Collection and processing of data from technicians
• Sending a complete report based on the collected data in Exel to the vendor
• Reminders to the techs about certain events
• Accounting and equipment inventory
• Sending the required emails
• Daily task fulfillment

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (oral, writing).
• Ability to communicate with techs via phone and emails.
• English from B2 lvl
• Ability to work with databases and Exel

Working hours 8:00 — 15:00 CT

Salary: $500.
