ALPS SOUTH LLC, a leading international company in the field of production of prosthetic liners and components. We are currently seeking for ALPS SOUTH UKRAINE, our Ukrainian office a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Kyiv.

As a Customer Service manager/ junior sales representative, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction. You will handle incoming inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Additionally, you will assist with order processing, product inquiries, provide product recommendations to customers and preparation of sales report on daily basis.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery options
Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating the problem and finding the best solution
Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with accountants to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
Fluency Ukrainian is required, knowledge of English at least on intermediate level is require
