Project Manager (Betting)

An international betting company is looking for a Project Manager to coordinate affiliate teams. Our company is a group of hardworking and imaginative professionals who are always moving forward and achieving great things. You could be a valuable part of our team.

Please note: this is not an IT project. The main focus will be on coordinating our affiliate teams.

What We Are Looking For:

• Project Manager position with at least six months of experience;
• English language proficiency at a minimum of B1 level;
• Mandatory experience in team management and workflow documentation;
• Excellent skills in working with Google documents;
• Experience in organizing workflows in task trackers;
• Prior work in the betting industry is an advantage.

Qualities required for the job:

• A strive for order and discipline;
• High standards of work quality and attention to document formatting;
• Ability to standardize work processes;
• Skills to persuasively argue one’s position and negotiate to achieve desired results.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating, describing and monitoring work processes;
• Setting up and monitoring work in Asana and CRM;
• Preparing and updating regulations, manuals and other documentation;
• Coordinating team interaction with related departments;
• Conducting daily meetings, planning and retrospectives;
• Monitoring team reporting and preparing own reports.
