To achieve our ambitious goals we are looking for Commercial Manager (remotly).

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Fully dedicated to the specific destinations and responsible for the performance of the integral processes of creation, contracting, implementation, development, operation, sales & profit results of dedicated destination product (flights, hotels, trips, local service, system integration, promotion, etc) on all present and future markets
• Assist Commercial Director with all implementation and operational matters on dedicated destinations, creating and implementing appropriate tools
• Process optimization — successfully implement existing standards and processes while contributing your own ideas
• Closly collaboration with all present and future markets and destinations — maintain constant communication with all international teams to ensure ongoing improvements, sales and profit performance
• Create the profitable product plan for each market and implement neccassary changes during the sales and operational periods
• Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and internal teams on all JoinUP markets
• Monitor suppliers and market demands reacting accordigly with the product plan
• Keep the track of product promotion, sales, operation and service performance joining existing projects and suggesting new solutions for increasing the profitability of your own destinations
• Constantly improve operational procedures and tools

Professional experience and skills:

• Preffered, but not necessary:

  — min 3 years experience in tourism

  — insights from similar positions

• Fluent in written & spoken English
• Flexibility
• Ability to work independently with a pro-active business driven approach
• General understanding of tourist destinations
• Being structured with high level of responsibility, accuracy and dedication
• Excellent analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Be willing to learn and open for implementing changes
• A hand-on and effective communicator
• A resilient problem solver and highly organized person
• A positive team spirit, enthusiastic and fun
• MS Office with good knowledge of Excel
• MerlinX, BlueVendo will be a plus
