Опис вакансії
Devico is looking for a motivated and talented System Administrator (Kharkiv only) with over 2 years of commercial experience to join our team on a full-time basis.
Required skills:
- 2+ years of system administration experience Office network maintenance and support;
- Network topologies and troubleshooting Ability to configure Mikrotik, Cambium, etc. network equipment;
- Firewall, DNS, backup, networking, RADIUS, LDAP;
- Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, VPN;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work without supervision;
- At least pre-intermediate English level;
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub actions);
- Linux, Windows, macOS administration.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of IT infrastructure, servers, and office workstations remotely;
- Troubleshoot problems reported by employees Monitor, analyze and isolate issues;
- Maintain virtual environment, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, wifi (Aruba), VoIP, software deployment, security updates and patches;
- Basic helpdesk functions;
- Computer equipment procurement;
- Be ready to improve the process to the temporary remote basis.
