Position: Intern (part-time 50%)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Duration: 6 months

The successful candidate will be able to:

Accounting:

• Manage the review of all employee expenses, advance reports (maintenance of a register of documents, verification of supporting documents, communication with the company employees in case of any errors, etc.); reflection of advance reports in 1C
• Ensuring accurate and timely receipt of primary accounting documents from suppliers; sorting, filing them;
• Preparation of documents related to fixed assets and integrable assets (print all form from 1C, signature collection, sorting, etc.)
• Preparation of documents related to writing of low-value assets, reflection of all transactions in 1C;
• Supporting the Finance department with ad-hoc;

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor`s degree in Accounting
• 1+ year of experience in Finance;
• 1C
• Extensive MS Office skills;
• Pre and higher level of English;
• Organized and capable of multitasking
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
