Junior Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. Role Description

• Research and identify target customers, suppliers.
• Develop and implement lead generation campaigns, including email, direct mail, cold calling, digital, and other channels.
• Manage and track contact information for leads, prospects, and customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers and leads.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress towards targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google apps.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluency in French is an advantage.
• Experience in lead generation, sales or customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
