Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. This role is ideal for someone looking to kickstart their career in business development and sales, with ample opportunities for growth and professional development.

Role Description

  • Research and identify target customers, suppliers.
  • Develop and implement lead generation campaigns, including email, direct mail, cold calling, digital, and other channels.
  • Manage and track contact information for leads, prospects, and customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers and leads.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress towards targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google apps.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in French is an advantage.
  • Experience in lead generation, sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
