HedgeHog is a new generation international recruiting agency that adheres to global standards of organizing work processes. We specialize in personnel search, adaptation, and development. HedgeHog offices are located in 11 cities across Ukraine. We collaborate exclusively with verified companies, both Ukrainian and international. The majority of our clients are logistics companies located in the USA, Mexico, and Europe. Today, our client, a company in the field of international logistics, is looking to strengthen their team with Logistic Safety Specialist. Responsibilities:
- Communication with English-speaking brokers and drivers by phone.
- Taking calls and solving problems in the delivery of goods using creative solutions and patience.
- Processing of emails and prompt resolution of the related issues.
- Effective communication between all parties involved in the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- High proficiency in English.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on results.
- Ability to work under stress and effectively multitask.
- Proficient time management skills.
- Demonstrated desire for professional growth and development.
