Dispatcher with good English skills

To strengthen our team at our Odesa office, we are looking for a full-time employee.

Compensation of health costs

Responsibilities:

Coordinate logistics staff
Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
Keep logs and records of delivery process
Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
Clarify wrong deliveries and returns
Resolve any arising problems or complaints (delivery backlogs, transport damage etc.)
Create shipping instructions for upstream suppliers
Prepare shipping and transport documents
Create and maintain the required price tables, statistics and reports
Schedule transports
Cargo space chartering

Requirements:

Speak and write in English fluently
Resist stressful situations
Be courteous and considerate in your communication
Bring initiative and personal responsibility along
Be an assertive team player ready for independent action
Have accuracy accompanied by diligence among your strengths
Be acquaint with the shipping sector and have good general IT skills
Willingness to occasionally work late shifts (15:30—00:00 + few hours on weekend)
Knowledge of Polish and/or German will be an advantage
