ETERNA LAW is a European full-cycle law firm. We are dynamic, client-oriented and solution-focused firm with a team of energetic young professionals that provide concise and practical legal advice.

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Associate to join ourInternational Litigation Department.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participating in local/regional/global projects as a member of the team;
Analysis of Ukrainian and foreign case law;
Conducting legal research;
Reviewing/preparing/updating legal documents;
Participating in project negotiations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in law is a must;
Work/internship experience in reputable local or international law firm;
Relevant experience in Dispute Resolutions (commercial disputes, not less than 1 year) on the wide variety of issues;
Good knowledge of procedural law;
Fluent English is a must;
Proficient drafting of analytical and procedural documents;
Admission to the Ukrainian Bar is an advantage;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Good team player;
Independent decision-making;
Attentive to details.
