Our customers are IT Enterprises with outstanding corporate cultures, such as Jooble, Grammarly, Monobank, Readdle, Raiffeisen Bank, and others.

Are you passionate about driving business growth through impactful sales strategies? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where innovation and creativity are valued? Look no further! MOODua is on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team as the B2B Head of Sales.

What You’ll Do:

Developing and implementing sales strategies
Evaluating, improving, and optimizing current processes
Working with sales scripts/techniques and assisting Sales Managers to improve their conversion rates
Tracking key metrics and conducting in-depth analysis of data
Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers at IT Enterprises
Analyze the market and competitors
Collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams to identify market opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs.
Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team to achieve collective goals.

What will you need to succeed:

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 1+ years in management roles leading teams
Upper-intermediate or higher-level proficiency in English
Strategic, analytical, and abstract thinking
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proactive leader with an ownership mindset
