Requirements

Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience;
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and trends;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work;
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Development of bonus systems together with department heads, their automation and implementation;
Description of bonus systems for employees;
Updating bonus systems after implementation;
Control of all bonus systems;
Development of internal rules and bonus policies;
Analysis of the competitiveness of benefit packages for employees and proposals for changing them.
