Purpose
Get the position of GIS specialist, cartographer, photogrammetrist, preferably remotely. I have the necessary photogrammetric equipment.

Skills and abilities
• Creation / editing / vectorization of digital maps of scales 1: 500 - 1: 100 000 in Digitals, QGIS, MapInfo, MapEdit.
• Stereo collection of the situation and decoding of aerial and space images to create maps of scales 1: 500 - 1:25 000 in Digitals.
• Based on aerial photography materials, created orthophoto maps (Digitals) and topographic maps / plans 1: 500, 1: 1000, 1: 2000, 1: 5000 and 1: 10000 (topographic basis for engineering plans, index-cadastral maps, general plans of settlements and etc.) with subsequent conversion to ArcGIS, AutoCAD.
• Vectorization of cartographic material in EasyTracer, Topotracer.
• Creation of 3D models of roofs of houses according to LIDAR in Microstation.
• Creating 3D models of houses, quarries, terrain (DEM, DTM) in Digitals, Agisoft Photoscan with texture processing in Adobe Photoshop.
• Triangulation and geo-binding of satellite and aerial images in Models (Digitals), Erdas Imagine.
• Editing and support of digital maps and databases Yandex Maps (https://mpro-and.maps.yandex.ru), People's Map (https://n-and.maps.yandex.ru ).
• In-house processing of field geodetic survey data in Geodesy software products (Digitals).
• Preparation of data exchange files in IN4 and XML format, development and creation of land management technical documentation, drafting of land allocation projects.
• Scanning of aerospace materials (photographic film) and maps on different types of media (paper, plastic, metal, wood).
• Creation (programming) of utilities for automation of vectorization processes and quality control of digital maps in Digitals.
• Installation and service of photogrammetric scanners RM-3, RM-3a, RM-4, RM-5, RM-6 and cartographic flatbed scanner (http://www.vingeo.com ).
• Development, processing and coordination of technical documentation (master plans, inventory projects, etc.) with geodetic institutes and customers.
