Опис вакансії
An international gambling company is looking for a Junior Retention manager to strengthen the team that works with the African markets. Our company is a team of ambitious and creative experts who are continuously progressing and attaining remarkable feats. You can be a valuable member of our team.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in writing SMS/push/email/post texts is a mandatory requirement.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
- Interest in the betting/casino industry will be an advantage.
- Previous work experience in the betting industry will be advantageous for the retention manager position.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and sending promotional SMS manually (for sporting events, promotions, etc.).
- Writing and sending push notifications to browsers and applications.
- Creating automated SMS and push notification chains using CRM, Customer IO, and similar tools.
- Reporting and analytics of mass promotional mailings using CRM and Google Analytics 4.
- Writing, editing, and updating sales scripts for telesales.
- Segmenting the call base and assigning tasks to telesales.
- Creating a content plan for all promotional mailings (SMS, push, email).
