Join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge web & mobile projects across the USA, Canada, and Western Europe. Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for driving success in e-commerce, healthcare, e-learning, and video streaming services? We’re looking for someone like you!

Key Requirements:

3+ years experience as a BA in IT service, outsource, or outstaff companies
Proficiency in English (B2 and above) with fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
Ability to juggle multiple projects (approx. 3−4 simultaneously)
Strong background in writing documentation (SRS, UC, US)
Experience in pre-sales activities.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

Provide project support
Collaborate on pre-sale activities with Sales, PM, and Technical teams
Cooperate with Project Managers and Clients to define project scopes
Write and maintain project documentation (SRS, UC, US)
Participate in Scrum activities.
