Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher plays a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing transportation operations.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate transportation routes for efficient delivery and pickup operations.
Collaborate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate execution of routes.

Interact with customers to gather shipment details, provide updates, and address inquiries.
Ensure high-quality customer service through clear and effective communication.

Maintain ongoing communication with drivers, providing guidance, updates, and addressing any issues that may arise during transportation.
Ensure compliance with schedules and delivery requirements.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, ensuring all documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations.
Verify and update shipment details as needed.

Address challenges or issues promptly, collaborating with drivers and other team members to find effective solutions.
Ensure all problems are resolved to maintain a high level of service quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a dispatcher in the transportation industry.
Proficiency in both English and Russian languages.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with transportation laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
