Position: Personal Assistant to CEO Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
We are in search of a Personal Assistant with exceptional organizational skills and flawless English to support our CEO, who hails from the USA and is currently based in Kyiv.

Requirements:
- Fluent English: Must possess impeccable command of the English language, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with international partners and manage correspondence.
- Organizational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in management tools like Google Calendar and Google Sheets is crucial.
- Versatility: Capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities, from professional to personal tasks, ensuring the CEO’s life runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of communication, effectively conveying messages in English, ensuring clarity and timeliness in all interactions.
- Schedule Management: Oversee and manage the CEO’s calendar, arranging meetings, appointments, and travel to optimize their time.
- Reminder System: Maintain a proactive approach to reminders and follow-ups, ensuring the CEO is always prepared and engagements are met.
- Client and Business Support: Assist with client relations and undertake tasks that support the CEO’s business objectives, contributing to the success and growth of the company.
- Family Assistance: Provide support with family-related errands, including shopping, scheduling appointments, and other daily tasks, demonstrating flexibility and discretion.
- Translation Services: Act as an interpreter during business meetings or in situations requiring translation, facilitating clear and effective communication.
