    Опис вакансії

    We create beautiful renders for our clients. We are an international Property Technology Company focusing on producing content for our clients to make their marketing reach the next level. We pride ourselves in the quality of rendered media we produce and our creative and proprietary software that brings them to our client’s customers. Creativity, art, and challenge are part of our daily routine.

    To accelerate the growth of our company, we are looking for an HR manager who will assist the COO in growing the team, developing/maintaining current processes and developing incentive and performance tracking. This person will also be charged with secondary office management tasks.

    Requirements​​​​​​​:​​​​​​​

    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR or management role
    • Knowledge of HR techniques and processes
    • Mastery of Google Sheets and other similar tools. Knowledge of Google Slides is a plus
    • High sense of responsibility
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience interviewing and recruiting people of diverse seniority levels
    • At least an Advanced level in spoken and written English for communication with management.
    • Ability to learn and adapt.
    • Understanding and appreciation for design and architecture would be a plus.

    Main tasks and responsibilities:

    • Drive full stack recruitment process.
    • Help in conducting performance reviews.
    • Lead One 2 One meetings.
    • Help improve internal communication.
    • Maintain and help evolve and implement incentive programs.
    • Maintain leave tracking, payroll system, and incentive system,
    • Create and maintain internal documentation documentation (policy + rules).
    • Manage the onboarding of new recruits.
    • Manage the Offboarding process.
    • Manage communication with freelancers.
    • Organize team-building activities and company parties.
