Trainee/Junior Global Staffing Specialist at StaffingPartner

Become a Global Staffing Specialist with StaffingPartner, Ukraine’s top 1 IT recruiting agency providing services for industry leaders such as DataArt, Ciklum, Infopulse, Cognizant, etc. We are one of the largest recruitment teams in Europe, working worldwide. Level: Trainee/Junior

English: Intermediate +

Format: Full time

Location: Remote (Ukraine only)

Requirements:

English — B1 and higher (both written and spoken);
Motivation to learn and handle big amount of data;
Ability to work full time;
Being a confident computer user;
Being an active, responsible, and result-oriented person.

Main Responsibilities:

Sourcing and contacting candidates to fill open vacancies;
Using internal database, LinkedIn and basic boolean search for other platforms;
Using advanced sourcing tools for candidates searching;
Planning search strategy and providing a constant pipeline of submitted candidates;
Providing instant and sufficient feedback to candidates at all stages of the process.
