The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via calls, and ticketing systems.

Mon-Fr 12:00 PM — 8:30 PM CET

Mon-Fr 4:00 PM — 0:30 AM CET

Location: EU countries

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

provide excellent support to customers via phone calls;
create and process support tickets
Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
Ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customers in resolving end-user telephony-related issues.
Ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers.
