Lexico Telecom invites candidates willing to become «Sales support manager» to join our multinational team in a newly created department.

Lexico Telecom has been on the telecommunications market for 20 years and is a stable and successful telecom player.

About the position:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding telecommunication service support.
You will need to communicate with company’s clients: by skype, e-mail and phone on everyday basis.
Our customers are mainly content providers from each corner of the world who are in need of telecommunication services which we offer.
Most of the clients live in the Arab Emirates, so knowledge of the Arabic language is mandatory.

What we require:

This is corporate language in communication with the company.

Arabic literacy is mandatory!
Ability to easily communicate with people of different nationalities and points of view, initiative thinking
Skills of an experienced PC, MS Excel user

Working conditions:

Day/Night Shifts (from 8 am to 8 pm and from 8 pm to 8 am; 2 days you work, 2 days you are off)
Fixed salary + bonuses
You can work from any country
We offer fully paid education during first months of your training period.
