Our story began in Germany, but it’s taken us on an exciting journey across Europe in the home improvement sub-niche. We’re all about growth, and we’re committed to delivering top-notch quality and ensuring customer satisfaction. Currently, we’re searching for a Account Manager with eCommerce (primarily Amazon) expertise to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Create/modify listings
Inventory management
Monitoring and improving operational performance
Supplier communications
Manage communications related to Amazon and e-commerce platforms, including case management, customer communication, emails, and occasional phone calls and online meetings;
Search for and liaise with contractors, creating project briefs and managing relationships with external partners such as agencies and freelancers;
Prepare and process reimbursement requests;
Create and optimize communication templates for customer interactions and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs);
Develop scripts, scenarios, storyboards and SEO for ads & listing content, supported by AI tools;
Supervision of junior account manager
Reporting.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role;
Proficiency in English, Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
Proactive management skills, with an ability to anticipate and address issues before they escalate. Must lead strategically to achieve project goals;
